Magpie and Dog.

       Magpie and Dog developed a unique friendship because they both had flaws;
Magpie gas a burnt wing, Dog has one blind eye. Magpie benefits from this because
Dog runs with her on his back making her feel like she can fly and Magpie can look at things for Dog.


      Where Dog and Magpie went wrong, though, was not listening to each other. Dog didn't listen
to Magpie when she said Fox was bad news, and then Magpie took off with Fox because
he could convince her she'd really feel like she was flying being with him. Once she does that
Fox betrays her and takes her to the middle of nowhere with her wings that don't work and
tells her now Magpie and Dog will, "know what it feels  like to be truly lonely."


      Magpie refuses to leave Dog alone but then again her wing doesn't work. She starts
dragging herself to try to make it back to Dog. The story ends and it leaves you in suspense
on what will happen next, I feel as if Magpie will make it back to Dog just because she
is so determined to find him and be by his side again.
